Duty Adjacent

Misconduct or offenses that occur when the agent is not strictly “on shift” but in situations closely connected to their official duties. For example: time in court, handling emergencies, or unscheduled official tasks outside of formal duty hours. The agent is still acting (or expected to act) in some official capacity, though possibly not in a standard “on the clock / assigned shift” moment. It’s misconduct that potentially implicates how they perform duties, or how credible they are in their roles, even if not strictly “on duty.”
