The beginning part of this complaint will read similar to my complaint for Lieutenant Edward Vincent of the Josephine County Sheriff Department as it is related. From evidence pointing to a concerted effort on behalf of both the Grants Pass Police Department and the Josephine County Sheriff Department to destroy my life as a result of reporting Sheriff Dave Daniel on corruption as he allows a neighbor of mine to commit crimes to me, culminating with my well pump housing being knocked over, pipe broken and wire cut, I was unlawfully and maliciously arrested on no crime committed other than fabricated charges placed on me be a very crazed out police officer, namely Officer Thomas Smyth indicating it was either a set-up arrest in full with advanced knowledge of where I'd be or from recognizing I am one on a list with others for malicious arrests to be made as there is widespread corruption in Grants Pass Oregon or I was the sole person needing to be arrested on whatever flimsy charges possible in order to fulfill the wishes of Sheriff Dave Daniel to get me into jail where he'd show me who's boss around here. Since the malicious arrest done on August 9 and continuing into 2024, I have been trying to obtain records in order to sue the City of Grants Pass Oregon. The malicious arrest case number is 23-33746. I asked, among other things whether there is dash cam video of other patrol cars that were present for the non-crime and to this day was not responded to. I asked repeatedly for the results of the internal investigation and was never supplied with it, EXCEPT finally in July 2024 I was simply told that all officers were exonerated but that falls way short of an actual response detailing how any conclusion came about and still, the internal investigation of whatever it is (likely just a big game and nothing was done or if done superficially to just protect lawless officers, not performing the serving and protecting of the public but serving and protecting their own) is being held back from me. No doubt the Grants Pass Police Department knows it did wrong but won't admit to it publicly. Chief Warren Hensman called me and said I wouldn't be given the dash cam video of the patrol car in which I was placed and so I asked about this too, wanting to have it in writing but games kept being played on me and this goes unanswered. Being the Grants Pass Police Department refuses to serve the public in performing such a simple routine matter, I have also contacted the mayor and city council members of the City of Grants Pass at the same time as contacting Lt. Hattersley and sometimes just the overseeing heads of government. The mayor and city council members refuse to respond which further indicates corruption. It is pointless in trying to ask for public records without an attorney as the corruption is so great with the Grants Pass Police Department. This works against society. This shows it is not a law enforcement agency but rather a criminal operation, just like the Josephine County Sheriff Department. I have asked for the FBI to get involved as there are serious criminal aspects of this and hopefully justice will be performed. No innocent person should be arrested and jailed for reporting a law enforcement official on corruption and all the extra crimes done to me along with it shouldn't have happened. When someone as I, an upstanding person of exceptional character (scientist, mathematician, author of "Thoughtful Living', inventor of the "Forever Stamp" for the USPS and have dozens of other inventions wanting to give to society), imagine how everyone else becomes fair game for the same type of abuse. This is not acceptable in a first world country.
