For many years I have had problems with my neighbors using their dogs to harass me. One neighbor in particular does it quite often and he won't stop even to this day as the Sheriff refuses to do anything about him. Oregon State legislators spent time and effort to make laws regarding dog nuisance, and must have been for a very good reason, not for law enforcement to ignore them. And so the Sheriff must have gotten sore about me making complaints and as he kept ignoring them, the neighbors got even more empowered to continue in their harassment of me. I do not own a dog but if I did, I'd be really apologetic if it caused any sort of trouble to others. It's just how I am, responsible and caring, having respect for others. However, some people like to exert their power over others to cause trouble and so I am put in a bad position of needing to contact law enforcement. Now this incident in July 2022 happens: right next to the home of the worst perpetrator of using a dog to harass me, and presumably along the same aquifer supplying water to his home as his well is possibly along the same gradient, at about midnight to 1 am I went to my bathroom and my water stopped running. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I went outside to my holding tank and checked some electrical connections. But then once daylight I went out to the well pump which is far from my home but still close to one bad neighbor's home, I was startled in seeing my well pump housing knocked over. And then I saw a wire cut and pipe broken. Sheriff Dave Daniel refused to investigate it! I got to learn shortly after that the same probable neighbor involved in the destruction had his well dug deeper. One can easily make the connection that he probably blames me for having to get his well dug deeper. I was doing more extensive watering for a few days right before the incident. And then five months later, I was still perturbed by how the Sheriff refused to perform his duty, I emailed both him and KAJO radio, mentioning it. He responded by asking for my name and other particulars as he didn't know it was me who was contacting him, and said he'd like to assist. Once I gave him the relevant information, he never responded back to me again! CORRUPTION! This proves Sheriff Dave Daniel would have such an occurrence investigated but not as long as it happened to me! I suspect he may have had his feelers out, with me in my beard, Officer Smyth apparently worked under him and while I was having the dog nuisance troubles, that I was a target for having me arrested and put into jail for JOCO Sheriff case 23-00001453 where for over 15 hours I was denied water, medical attention for dehydration, blanket, phone call, not given bedding and lights kept on all night. Obviously I was being neglected to harm me, purposefully I might add, as even Officer Selby in the jail told me I was the last person he wanted to see and while I was being placed in the cell he taunted me with the big jug of water on a counter in the main office area! It is now over a year and Sheriff Dave Daniel still refuses to respond to my official complaint made on August 11, 2023, just like for Chief Warren Hensman of the Grants Pass Police Department, the evident collusion and crimes done to get me in jail should be investigated by the FBI
