Public Complaint No. 1720741992 - 53956016

Statement

Mr. Ramsey did engage in perjury from the witness stand by making false statements of factual observation that were impossible to have been made. Initial preliminary hearing, stated he "saw an arm or a hand" in relation to an alleged drug sale to a non-confidential informant. The actual physical layout of the location did not allow for such an observation to be possible. He admitted to being unable to state any identifying features of the alleged arm or hand (all under oath). Then, on or around the date above, he gave sworn testimony under oath that stated he not only saw an arm or hand, but that it was white or light in complexion. Again, impossible observation to make. His "narcotics team" allegedly had an embedded wire on the informant, but somehow (in this age of technology) they have not one sound byte, not one photo, and not one second of body cam footage of the alleged incident having transpired. And together, with an overzealous judge, secured a guilty verdict on this basis (also no warrant for arrest). It is my belief that entrapment occurred, pursuant to businesses in the area who had tried other methods to run me off (including posting false fire exits signage, enacting both a biochemical attack (spray bottle of fecal water to the face while I slept, which was reported and NOT followed up on, same with someone setting fire to my shelter) The arrest that led to this trial, was ripe with misconduct, including failure to identify by name, badge and department upon request, as well as failure to produce a warrant. Supposedly surveilled my area for upwards of 30 days... No visual or written records.
