This officer had pulled the suspect over on a false 911 call. Technically, he didn't make a legal traffic stop. He followed the suspect home, pulled into the suspects drive, began yelling and turned on lights once in the drive. The suspect was already out of the vehicle. A comment about disabled veterans. He illegally grabbed a gun from the vehicle, no permission, unloaded it and ran the serial number. Proceeded to write a ticket for racing on a freeway, though the suspect was never on the freeway, and clocked doing 25 in a 25. The next encounter was the day following a rear end collision. Same suspect. Officer showed up asking for the suspects side of the collision. Then gave him a ticket written 1 day prior, and made the comment he made up his mind that he was going to give a criminal citation before ever speaking with the suspect. Come to find out, the other parties family is LE as well. Now the suspect is afraid to leave his house due to continuing targeting and retaliation. I have requested the videos and evidence.
