As I was leaving Barnard -White Middle School the SRO falsely arrested me. He took me to a deserted area on campus and brutally assaulted me. Using excessive force, he swung me swiftly and I fell down near a tree. I felt helpless as he indulged in erotic fetishism and bondage. He handcuffed me behind my back, restrained my upper arms with handcuffs attached with a chain, and used an additional restraint, a heavy-duty cord that he attached onto my back. All was not right with the attachments until he made me perform a forward somersault. Satisfied, he left. Alone and traumatized in the bondage restrains it triggered my alter to front and I developed amnesia from my DID. With a jerk and a tug from the long black cord I fell onto my right side as my thong tumbled off of my foot when the dragging began. I received an ROR release. Fortunately, at home my memory was recovered when I saw in the mirror the shocking sight of red zigzag ligature marks on my left upper arm from the bondage restraint. The physical injuries produced by the dragging is evidenced by the grazed abrasions located on my foot, knee, forearm, elbow, shoulder, hand, and wrist that proves that I'm the victim of assault. That said, a miscarriage of justice resulted in this case due to the fact that Allan Gorelick, the criminal defense attorney failed to obtain the exculpatory evidence, the bondage gear that proves that an assault occurred against me. He committed fraud on the court by completing the Plea Form without my consent, thereby, he deprived me of the due process to a jury trial to establish my factual innocence. At the courthouse, I discovered false statements in the police report. For example, it stated I was acting irrational and violent in the police car. In my defense, as a credible witness officer Chapman can verify that's untrue. Due to the fact that there is documented medical evidence of the assault and Kaiser Permanente reported to the Union City Police Department that officer Bruce Vance assaulted me, but he eluded accountability, I have filed this public complaint to add his name to the Brady List.
