Sgt. Denton responded to a call at my son's home where he was found deceased. Officer failed to check pulse of subject. He assumed overdose and failed to secure the scene, seperate witnesses, or conduct a thorough investigation. He contaminated the scene by allowing others inside the residence before calling for the Office of the Medical Examiner and did not take appropriate action to conduct crucial investigative procedures. Further, he exhibited unprofessionalism in detailing the incident with me. He was rude, arrogant, and harsh. He failed to show any empathy.
