Elizabeth, Caroline Brown State Attorney (1039493) Jacksonville FL, Misconduct Case Number- 24CF031904AD Victoria Grace Callum was illegally seized as officers grabbed her and another woman without notice or warning, at a George Strait Concert May 11th 2024. JSO later said they were ejecting them for "trespass." Victoria had tickets for the concert and was never verbally told by staff or police that she needed to leave the concert she was attending with her family. She was also not charged with trespass. Prosecutors in Duval County dropped Kellie East's charges (the woman who was illegally seized with Victoria.) after her attorney filed the proper motions. When we explained the situation to Victoria's Public defender Amy Engelthaler who stated she understands that JSO violated her 4th amendment rights she also stated "That is just how Jacksonville sheriffs office works" That was extremely disappointing as we know that is not how the Constitution works. Under FL State Statue 810.09 (2) (b) Victoria had not committed the crime of trespass and was not charged with trespass, Victoria was illegally Seized by police violating her 4th amendment rights and Public Defender Amy Engelthaler Florida Bar number 112533 admitted she knows her rights were violated however will not file the proper motions to dismiss the case. Now on 07/25/2024 well after discovery has been filed Prosecutor Elizabeth Caroline Brown is trying to have a random witness not listed in states filed discovery testify. Elizabeth, Caroline Brown has continued to violate Victoria's rights by charging her with Battery on a LEO knowing Victoria's constitutional rights were violated by law enforcement officers she continues to further violate Victoria's Due process rights, coercive plea bargaining by threatening to charge her with more charges because she did not accept the initial plea agreement.
