Federal court case# 1:25-cv-00559-MTK I guess Kasubhi does not have active Bar license so I could not pick him to file a complaint on them separately so I combined it since they both did the exact same thing. If his Bar # is deactivated or inactive how is he presiding over cases?
Hello my Brady complaint is on Federal Judge Mcshane & Federal Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai for violating his Oath of Office while conspiring with multiple other officials to let them openly commit a HATE CRIME against me for 10+ months straight. Federal Judge Kasubhi ignored every single filing I have ever filed and never responded one time, while responding to Eric Mitton every single time. He dis-regarded all the audio, emails, court documents etc.. I used as evidence to prove Medford PD Carson Chapman lied on her police report and the affidavit of truth for the probable cause to get the warrant & committed perjury on one federal court document, The City Attorney Eric Mitton attempted to set me up for false claims of assault(thats upto 5 yrs if I was true), 2 days later I served Mr. Mitton with Audio of his false allegations that he lied and served him in federal court, 4 days after that Rick Toothaker charged me with a manufactured Class C Felony DUI, Judge Cromwell coerced me with threats of contempt and threats to steal a % of my income, Judge Markiewicz claims everyone has absolute immunity and no one will be held accountable for lying on reports and official court documents to damage my livelihood with ill intent, Judge Markiewicz also claims he does not care about my due process violations, I also had Medford City Attorney Garret Ramsey tell me I have no rights in a E-mail also when Eric Mitton falsely accused me of assault it was also in an E-mail (not to smart I have the emails with time stamps as evidence).
I've also had the Medford PD gang stalk me about 3 months at my place, until I contacted Nicholas Alden Medford Internal Affairs with proof he got them to stop stalking my place within 30min. Medford City Attorney Eric Mitton and David S. committed Perjury in Federal Court Documents on this case that Federal Judge Kasubhai was presiding over making manufactured claims that I wanted Eric Mittin to be arrested and have inmates beat him up and some other weird stuff, it was nonsense. (their manufactured claims were really weird) which I filed multiple documents to prove they committed perjury with audio from said conversation they make these manufactured claims from. That proves they both committed perjury and defamed my character in the process. Federal judge Kasubhai ignored all of these facts and more and he is the 2nd Federal Judge to protect these people and openly let them stalk and attack me in public, courtrooms, and defame my character multiple times over a 10 month period. All while claiming they are ABOVE THE LAW and I have NO RIGHTS. This needs to stop and these people need to be held accountable. I have 100% hard undisputable evidence a lot with time stamps to prove every single word I’m saying. I have audio, emails, documents, video all over 12+ months(I recorded every single conversation, court hearing, phone call etc.. (All legal in the State of Oregon I double checked). These people Conspired to commit a hate crime they only attacked me because I was standing on my God given rights and would not back down or be intimidated. Thanks for your time, I hope someone in this state eventually does the right thing having an entire town of officials attack one person is crazy, but I know they are doing it to more people then just me, you can tell based on how comfortable and coordinated they all were. I just think I’m the 1st to get every single one of them on audio or some other form of evidence of all their retaliation.
I forgot to mention Medford PD Chief Ivan, Medford PD Deputy Chief Arnold, Medford PD Internal Affairs Nicholas Alden & Jackson County Sheriff Nathan Sickler every single one of these higher ranking officers ALL tell me if a Judge or Attorney commits a crime, call the Oregon State Bar and not them. Which is wild because that means we only arrest and give fines to the Oregon Citizens which lines their pockets and ruins our lives, and all Officials get a free pass to commit any crime they want in the state of Oregon with no repercussions, because according to the higher ranking Officers the LAW only applies to the people not officials. That’s for the Oregon State Bar to handle. The Oregon State Bar even told me they have ZERO authority they would need a federal court ruling which would never happen. 2 sets of Justice always leads to tyranny and oppression of the people. Deputy DA Rick Toothaker also falsified court documents.
