Judge Abbott Denied two motions for remote appearance.
My concern from bias comes from the months long interactions with the judicial and municipalities in this district showing extreme bias against me.
I feared for my safety and the judge administratively denied my rights to access a hearing remotely.
The insane law firm stalking and harassing me for months, being involved in shaping this case; an attorney's wife speaking with the receptionist about this case and how it was going to play out. Knowing about my motion for remote appearance.
A nutcase Fire Fighter destroying my health and not caring about it, then suing me.
Stalking by the local police at work: Officer Ashley Luck, lying about a window being shot out next to my office to stop by for a visit?
Having the Sheriff's department swarm my building for a bench warrant for the law firms employee; putting me in fear for my life due to all the other nonsense that was going on?
They are all in on this; the receptionist said they all have to work together after calling me a domestic terrorist.
Not one single lawyer in the state willing to take the case? Me finding a random ethics attorney to help me resolve it and barely on time.
