Ryan A Thomas lied about my breath test on a traffic stop. He lied in all his reports, and then lied again in a DOL hearing. He said that I refused a breath test. That is not true. In order to ignor the test he cleared it, The video and audio was witheld from me until after my DOL hearing. My claims were creditable, but at the time they witheld evidence that Ryan a Thomas has already been conviced of misconduct in the same areas. He was convicted by a co-worker that witnessed and was harmed by his lies because it was a reflection on another officer. When I accused him they immediatly withheld the video, audio and confirmed that he did nothing wrong. In my case he not only lied but he also stole $800.00 from me. He had me so traumatized that I stopped arguing with him that I was trying.... I also volunterded a blood test but he insisted on waiting for the subpeona of my blood. I was pulled over at 20:06 and he had my blood drawn at 22:46. The sample was not taked to the lab until October 11, 2023. In January the refidgerator my blood was stored in broke down and the thempature was not withing range of preserving my blood. 81/2 months after my test the results came back insainly high at .15!!!

I lost my license for a year because he lied and said that i refused to blow. Now because I complained I have lost my license until the DUI is resolved.....

Common factor Attorney General Robert Ferguson runs all the departments I seek relief from and because of liability I have been silenced through punishment and stripping me of rights from a lying brady officer the state is DEFENDING. I still do not have my license and I am not able to work because of this.
