At the time I made a phone call to the oswaldo police department about domestic violence happening to me which in anger accidental or not trying to press the door and hitting someone with your body over at the door is illegal. I asked now Chief of Police Stuteville why nothing was happening with the case. I record the phone call and that's what my lawyer wants When I asked him why nothing was being done he said and I quote it's not like she hit you in the head with a hammer, are you bleeding, do you need to go to the hospital? I said no. He said, "then I'm not going to do anything about it." Paraphrasing his words. I thought for a second then I asked him what if you see me walking down the street with her and I just gave her a little smack in the face what would you do"? He said verbatim, then I would arrest you. I told him he was full of c*** and I hung up on him. He doesn't know it was recorded. Next incident he was at the diner where the cops go for lunch called the whistle stop and he did the same thing with my pregnant girlfriend and bad mouth in me that I'll were in there joking around bad mathematics she admitted that she said finally after I hat pastor heard about it that she even chimed in sometimes too And at some point like I said there was nothing illegal that I've done This was December 2019 to February 2020, I have her text messages where she said that he would come in daily and ask if she was with me or not and he followed that up by saying I'm sorry I just have to ask every day. I found that very abrasive and an act of defamation that Kelsy Hays would have to admit to if she's notified I reported and will give the evidence she had on her phone and exchanges between us messaging. On the part where Mr. Stuteville was talking about me having lunch every day at the whistle stop and asking my pregnant child's mother if she was with me or not and that if not he had to ask for everyday because of some unknown reason cause I had no record or charges against me. One day when they were leaving there they were driving back to the police station I met him there when inside and was telling him I don't want him talking to her he can go in there and eat his mill and to not talk about me or bring me up and he said I don't even know who you are and I said well you talk about me enough to where you must know something. Then several officers stepped out like I was going to start a fight with him or something but all I was there to do was to politely ask him to stop talking about me and conversing and just eat his lunch and that be that and I left The Osawatomie Police Department. I know I have to put my home up for sale and move out of town after finding all this information and getting charges put on me and a warrant for my arrest wiabout evidence other than what they have and even telling me who lived in my home and making a dishonest facts that even a public utility worker knew who lived in my home when it's not truthful at all and I have evidence of that fact heading into trial that I trust will be a guilty verdict from the Judge on a false accusation that will require appeal to the district court not the municipal court. These people are and have been wanting me gone another picture for some time and I'm not gonna take it anymore that's going on for several years now and I'm tired of it it gets old I let it slide for a long time and with even the denial of domestic abuse on the phone that's a crime by a officer of the law. I will submit evidence which will be detailed with That hopeful audio recording where the police chief committed a crime in denying my domestic violence case and downplaying it which we're wind up with him in a big heap of legal trouble. I didn't know that until about a week or 2 ago. I would interview the witnesses that he talked to 1st and/or subpoena them to a hearing if they won't cooperate. Kelsy will cooperate if she thinks I've given all the videos and screenshots of her talking about the situation. Otherwise another police officer gets off Scott free like the only one that really didn't think Bob Butters I see hes on the registry and everybody knew he was doing wrong but we let a city athletic director get away with embezzling money and didn't do anything about it. It comes down to who you know and officers of the law above the law but the other officer investigating what they said was a crime had one down my street and was telling my neighbor and also Jessica Jessip what he had been doing and investigating at my home.
