Officer Perry was driving by my house, saw me on porch and pulled into my driveway got out and started yelling at me about me being mentally il and needing to be institutionalized. I told him to leave me alone and he kept coming towards me so I ran in my house and locked my door. He sat in my driveway for about 5 minutes then drove away
