My RV was broke down in a field drive at the intersection of 300th st & mower/Fillmore rd. I had been communicating with the owner and renter of the field, and also the Fillmore county sheriff's office and we were all in agreement the RV had to be gone by the following Monday June 28th. On Thursday the 24th I called the Fillmore county sheriff to see where the RV had been towed to when I discovered it missing. They said they hadn't towed it anywhere and that they even told the highway department not to touch it until Monday. After calling around I learned that my RV had been towed by pulvers all the way to Austin MN leaving me with $650 tow bill alone and $50 per day storage fees. Deputy Meyer of mower county sheriff had it towed out of Fillmore county, alleging the owner of the field drive asked him to do so. I asked who he spoke to and he would not tell me. I was in communication with all parties involved and we all knew it had to be gone by Monday . I had just paid to get it out of 2 different impound lots so I know that there was a tow company 4 miles away and that pulvers,. The company he called upon, has 3 impound lots in and around Rochester all of which would have been at least 25 miles closer than the lot they took it to, which is where it still sits today as I couldn't afford to get it out and have been without a home ever since.
