They misrepresent financial information by overstating arrears, ignoring credits for payments already made, and presenting records in a misleading manner. They conceal known errors and inaccuracies in state records, including double-counting payments and failing to credit intercepted tax refunds, fully aware that these errors materially prejudice the parent. They also initiate contempt proceedings on the false basis of “willful” nonpayment even when the evidence clearly shows nonpayment is involuntary due to medical incapacity or genuine lack of income.
