on a call to attorney Curt Steger I was explaining that my son had been taken against our custody agreement and that I was not able to find or reach him or his mother as she had cut off all contact with myself after moving out of state with him and ceasing the custody agreement on her own. Curt then informed me that if there was a crime he was the county attrney and would prosecute it if I can afford him. I explained that I had just secured $32,000 to pursue the matter and the response from Curt was you just saved that you cant afford me to prosecute this I dont want to deal with your child custody because of that, I reiterated that I had just secured over $32k and Curt said I dont care you cant afford me and hung up. up on call backs to the office I was then informed by the female staff members answering the phones that I can not turn him in for selling prosecutions and that I would have to contact the sheriff to do so, I asked about filing a brady report with the office and they said they refuse to let me speak to any attorney in the office
