Lying in court stating that Aidan Kearney’s cell phone, which was confiscated October 2023 has not been extracted, yet an employee was terminated for something discovered on Aidan Kearney’s cell phone immediately after phone was taken into police custody. Mello disclosed in a grand jury information from Mr. Kearney’s phone yet in court hearing, lies to the judge and states nobody has went through the phone. Mr. Mello and Mr. Morrissey appear to have a personal vendetta against Aidan Kearney.
