San Diego Public Defender’s Office, under the leadership of Mr. Paul Rodriguez, have determined that both Prosecutors being Brady Listings, SDDA with 20 Violations, and SD City Attorney with 10 Violations, is irrelevant to the FOUR YEARS OF PROSECUTION, on account of an allegation of a violation of an ORDER THAT WAS NEVER ISSUED OR SERVED, for their COUNTY CONTRACTED REHAB PARTNER, and MY FELONY CHARGED PERPATRATOR AND CHILD ABDUCTOR, and his ACCOMPLICE WHO WAS CHARGED BY SDPD WITH FELONY STRANGULATION, FELONY ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, FELONY COHABITANT ABUSE WITH INJURY, AND CHILD ABDUCTION CHARGES WERE NEVER FILED AS THEY OMITTED MY CHILDREN FROM THE INVESTIGATION, ALLOWED THEM TO KEEP THEIR FIREARMS, AND ISSUED NEITHER A WARRANT OR PROTECTIVE ORDER, which I was GRANTED INSTEAD BY FAMILY COURT, and THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE THEM FOR 16 VIOLATIONS IN ONE MONTH. And they have forced me into 90 HEARINGS FOR THESE FOLKS AND THEIR SHARED ATTORNEY, Who committed MASSIVE FRAUD UPON THE COURT IN BOTH CASES, and his business partner Edward Medina, was DISBARRED FOR THE SAME BEHAVIOR, and for APPEARING IN COURT AS AN ATTORNEY AFTER BEING DISBARRED. One was the drugging aspect of the Violent Crime he committed against me, which included a Felony 273.5 a With Injury for Strangulation and Smashing my head open. I DID report the drugging and Detective Tafoya said she was sending those charges over. Those charges were not sent. My ex Fully admits to drugging me for 3 days as well as our youngest daughter age 5 at the time, with HIS prescribed Ativan. My ex admitted this on the stand in family court, in writing, and via tex. My ex violated my valid DVTRO 3 times and even kept our protected children in his care AFTER being served with a 3 year no contact order, which PROTECTED OUR CHILDREN. He was in contempt. He almost killed me. I’ve called and emailed more times than I could count - and still. Nothing is happening except for error after error. I HAVE NOT SEEN MY ABDUCTED CHILDREN IN OVER A YEAR - I REPORTED very thoroughly, very clearly with Officer Farah. I called to follow up with DV for almost 2 months. I just spoke to them, and they told me it was classified as a “non specific crime” when I clearly reported the drugging I was instructed By SDPD to report! My children and I are being tortured. NO ONE WILL HELP US, NO ONE WILL PROTECT US. I am DESPERATE and I am getting absolutely nowhere with my many, many contacts with SDPD. They couldn’t even find the cAee number for over a month. I am requesting that you review the body cam footage and ensure that the report is made properly. We are suffering BEYOND MEASURE.
