So on december 26th 2021 I had been in contact with clint kramer a senior investigator with the diateixt attorneys office in colorado springs colorado because I had been working with a client John hopper to assist with an investigation pertaining to Johnson x wife that had sold their hole and business out from underneath him claiming to be his attorney in fact with a power of attorney that only allowed her to sell the home without his presence while they divorced but not the business and that John was supposed to be disclosed the information pertaining to the sales and recive fair share of the proceeds and she had a friend Krysten Jones whom was partners with autumn in realstate at the time Suggest her attorney joi rush that represented h we r in the divorce between herself and Jacob Jones previously in which Steven rodemer who's father is guilty of misconduct that was Misappropriating a clients funds of half a million dollars to be finds banned but then put the investing power into his sons name since clearly that's why he eas named after his father. In Steven rodemers defense of Jacob, Steven claims that he was inappropriately approached by Marc van ess, Kristen's father a dentist in the broadsword country club locker room where they all were members and attended regularly as jr rodemer and his mom and dad, (sr and his wife) were close friends with the van ess family being Marc and his wife and his daughter Kristen they all ate together and played golf together and the women all mingled as well promoting things like cspd fundraising events where the women did the invitations personally. They were all very well connected, and were quite close for many years and still are to this very day. Steven jr being an investor and defense attorney mostly due and also worked with Lindsey ressler at a family law firm and Krysten was a realtor whom worked for remax and Keller Williams. They all had grown quite tight over the years and had ties all the way back to high school. Autumn hopper was my client, john hoppers wife and she was new to the wealthy lifestyle as John always made good money as a master tech and had a shop at 2625 east Platte place and they had a home they owned at 4355 thornburry drive that Krysten had assited with selling them probably how they got close and they had some history in the past with a rose ridge drive home too. Marc liked to scout small business groups which is where he met John and zoned in on his wife autumn to which while John worked, Marc and Krysten would groom autumn on a regular basis ibto the lavish life as this group had a lot of money. Krysten had this family attorney joi rush the president of the Colorado state bar and joi represented both women in their divorces the first one being under judge Scott sells with Jacob Jones and the second being under Marcus Henson with John hopper and both of these clx wives with jois help and Marc influencing the group regularly completely annihilate these men. Jacob went to jail numerous times and a halfway house and lost his kids and his home was said to be contaminated which from what I could tell was a ruse to skim it to the low while it so called couldn't be sold and diminished extreme negative value and this way down the road it could be flipped for the high on the inside scoop. This group had it on lock. While Jacob suffered and to make mattered worse joi kush had a partner in business David n Johnson an x 40 year judge in 4th judicial who up to that point had done attorney regulation counsel service and also selected 4th judicial judges on a selection committee, however, was he himself suspended by law for some time for another claim of Misappropriating a clients funds in the haof million regions. After he got his license back to practice he opened this law firm with joi rush and practiced silent partner while she stepped into the court room untouchable by the bar as the president, then immune to the judges david worked with for 40 years and appointed himself, and let's not forget the attorney regulation counsel that they were all very close with ARC that they ran silently like thugs and ignored every decent rule in the book and squashed people like bugs she was an absolute beast in the court room as no one would stop her and judge Scott sells allowed any type of foul play and continued and then so dis Marcus Henson, with that being said these men plan to once I had informed them of these complaints. Well way to late for Jacob whom was a clean cut business man at one time but from what I gathered Krysten was to come into a large sum via inheritance that was a teust fund and it was very possibly in the home that was said to be met contaminated and condemned that Jacob was left with no money to renovate to fix up and sell and that was the plan. So back to the locker room well Steve was assisting with both Jacob's divorce as well as the criminal case involving some violation of a protection order yaddi yadda probably dv, stalking, maybe battery or abuse... this is what these women were known for destroying men. Well here goes Jake in and out of jail and classes and drug programs and fathering classes all because daddy Marc didn't want to share with Jake because at some point they didn't quite meet eye to eye and so Jake suffered for a long time maybe until this day but Marc van ness in the locker room Steven said told him that he was violating conflicts of interest by being in the courtroom with known friends and family due to the ties they all had including investing in homes and properties and sharing profits, basically running the courts and the reaslstate market and to top it off with inside sales from the courtroom proceeds from family dissolution that involve large estates as you can see the advertising with the family firm. They had everyone else on lock from land and title guys like Christopher Clark of Pikes peak km and land to pay cash for mortgages of large amounts without a hesitation just like he did with johns wife autumn for both the home and the business without them ever being posted on the market at fair value and autumn not being a realtor but having a hopper properties llc and claiming to be associated with remax and x Keller Williams realtor slash broker slash lender Krysten the realtor of the year and than signing johns name on the house and business as attorney in fact to which the judge Marcus had not told her to do and the limited power of attorney is not to conduct home and business sales that were of such large value and Krysten helping with the paperwork as the realtor pro but off the books for the high and then autumn selling without disclosing owner agent because the group had another John with a land and title company and guys like dick something or another with the realtor shop do the high appraisal when they wanted the sales low for both to fabricate for the divorce in the courts to which all fincial statements were frauded and I reach claims were filed for stuff they stole themselves and taxes cooked by Graham clout were booked for almost no liability and they even had inside notaries like Kristie mumma the paralegal who worked for joi and the notaries that work for mark Reynolds of land and title garentee that could sign off on autumn signatures and allow Chris to pay cash without posting legally in a fair market to pay off the mortgages so he could get a huge cut payday cash on the side after investors sold for the low to their own people so other realtors who were lined up to make the swap would turn around and instantly sell it for the high to the lined up buyer that was a random and had no idea and this is all as illegal as it gets and meets every kind of white collar crime and tax fraud and it was going on for a long time while the judges got their piece over looking it in the court ignoring the teust that wasn't split and or the huge sum autumn stole from John to add the books up and on dec 15th 2021 John gor 85000 off of those two properties with me help while I was squeezing them to pay him faster and more because the home and business were worth millions bringing in 250k sometimes a quarter and yet they were filing taxes separately and claiming like 25k owed for the business wxt. Autumn would have Graham clout of cloutte and associates the groups accountant team cook the books after the women like autumn would steal and imbezzle all the debits and checks blaming it on expensive lifestyle hifing the money everywhere she could racking up debt in johns name and leaving John to steal all the money cash that he claimed was warranty work ext so there never was a dime when it was all over because the savageness of these types of divorces cause extreme prejudice and greed between all parties while the judge would order huge lump alimony for the women who got like 90+% of it all including the kids and the ability to buy the next hoke for the family minus Jake and John whole the man was stuck with all the debt and destroyed down in the dumps broke doing drugs and drinking separated intentionally from the children whom would be turned against them too. This i had and still have to this very day on lock, I have the notaries and the taxes and the bank records Marcus Henson ordered John to produce that autumn got from the bank Brett aragon, I still have the notaries that like Kristin's were traded to John for car titles and then power of attorney was signed via black mail and coercion by John in response and how banks like wells fargo came and or also Christian at Pikes peak national bank allowed autumn to even cash the checks our after the mortgages were paid keeping John in the dark the entire time which resulted in our woohaw yah how and me getting book cause they got cop friends. I told everyone including reported it to all agencies and the judicial Discipline and attorney regulation counsel, and Dora, and irs, and cspd and on an on until it became that I was harassing them but for the record that eas at best and constitutionally protected speech and I was a private investigator the fox private investigation and process service llc out of nampa ifaho and the fox private investigation llc out of Las Vegas nevada and clearly was never even here in this state I had left December 2020 and I had a moving company and used to move John around and his things and than he used to repair my cars we became tighter over time and after I left I told him I could assist with finding and recovering hidden assets and protecting his interest in the business which the judges let slip right through they fingers. The women and group stomped these men out and the men paid off alk the debt and the attorney fees on contingency which write racked up and huge child support and alimony payments even though the men weren't perfect they still had ein amd tried to stand there business ground. Now there clint comes in Mr Kramer and me had some history in used to report crimes to him all the time to investigate but in this case these people either paid him off of they were all friends too and I relayed all this to him which again I still have all the proof lol to prove fraud and theft and inside sales and unethical behavior and misconduct in investing and law and police ext that would strip all parties and put them away themselves freezing everything they have. Clint totally ignored me wouldn't investigate and officers prior and immediately medina and another one I think Meyers were ignoring investigating an allegation specific to Marc attacking autumn in a target parking lot and Rebecca the therapist ij case 6588 knowing about it I had all the text messages and I still have all the police I ce interviews and phone calls and calls of service you name it I even have 11 cds with all the discovery in which these fools just handed me all the fincial documents ext that I had backed up with johns assistance this whole time. I know the who the what the where the how the why and can point out every unethical and illegal activity and fraud which. Was unvolved. I was 100% right and never stalked anyone and Clint had even spoke a few times to my mother who's a realtor and my grandfather is an attorney and estate investor and I graduated for accounting and insurance billing and medical claims. My dad's and grandpa's all military police and ear vets and air marshalls ext. I was bred for thos well the end came and these guys trqcked me down and had me arrested for obstruction of justice a misdemeanor than held way past the statuatory time limits for extradition and without being able to post bond and without a warrant which wasn't even created for 88 days after I was arrested for a missing plate on my car never breaking the law and cramer knew the whole truth and how I was innocent and even spoke with my grandma a few times who told him what was going on too after I relayed to them. And for whatever he got payed or knew them and toom sides he let me burn. Maybe he hangs at the country club too and or makes money in the housing market and or got his home or homes from the group and invests with them too either way Clint turned out to be scum and I sat for a year without a preliminary with a charge that I beat eay past IAD 120 days by Govenors Warrant than after like 187 days after the 116 awaiting extradition is finally had half a preliminary the judge Erin soon whom was close with David Johnson her mentor and my pd lowenthal all had it out for me stuck me on probation through an entirely fair trial process that should have resulted in dismissal with prejudice and truthfully no arrest or extradition or probation in the first place and now after doing all thos time and overpaying rjousands of dollars and losing everything and going to prison I started a cyber security firm and recovered everything and pieced it altogether into appeals amd to top it off await a third appeal and finally an appellate attorney to prove my innocent and clear my name and Clint get brady listed hahaha go figure I honestly wish I could speak with him still and ask him how it feels and I'm going to seek relief and move to north Carolina with my family and be done with all of this. In the case where Rebecca Brennan was sad to be stalked Clint never provi3d my discovery ever and he barely provided the first and I'm still being charged supervison fees and 3k overcharge and a second extradition on case 22 cr 6588 which never took place and my cases are still being ignored and delayed and going unanswered. This all being said I'm in a halfway house now sick and depressed. Trying to just move on and get far away as I failed exposing the criminals here there's no reprocessing and they win but when it came to Rebecca there eas never a restraining order in her name at all and after psiting bond after a year in custody I called her one single time very respectable and asked her if she would testify on my behalf to which she said no she couldn't do to hippo, I was. Ermmeey nice about tu and hung up the phone and never spoke with her again. That being said I made plans to meet with clint kramer at the district attorneys office as a self represented litigant who'd got the charge of retaliation dismiss3d as I pointed out during habeas corpus before extradition that retaliation doesn't pertain to parties involved with divorces and Jennifer friedberg agreed and instead of dismissing my charge with prejudice like somol should have at day 120 and sent me home at day 187 charge eas amended illegal and cases that were included in rewyisiti9n should be not have existed they required joinder before requisition and no details no dice and that should have all never happened but it did and it was all covered up and the da Micheal Allen and the tradition units and da Steven Marissa all know about this and at this point you may as all hang out at the counter club together but all bs aside I learned my lesson stepping up to the white collar organized Colorado Springs kob and I just want to clear thos and put it behind me and go home to my family pleas3 and thanks. Under oath of p3rjury this is true and accurate and to the detail pertains to actual facts and I have all the proof all of it always made sure I could clear my name and that's all I want to do so since clints gone let's wipe out his seat and make room for me please calm down and talk to whoever you can to get my cases closed and satisfied the courts abd fines payed off and then sealed and settled and me parole to north Carolina because I really miss my family amd that's all. So there you go i was never guilty of what i was accused of or charged of or nor was i in Colorado on the dates the crimes were alleged i was in Nevada and on the last meet with clint idk why he arrested me other than to cover it up since he knew the whole tile and it could of made hom look bad and that's what it came down to he'd rather bury me. That kind of attitude back to the 1005 complaint that appears to be consitant with the recent one is scary and th me wife seems like she's part of it and that's not ok. I happen to be really good at what I do and can assit with anything you need as long as it doesn't get me caught up anymore and that it's for a good deed cause I no joke know the law now bett2r than anyone and yapl trained name well through your off the book unofficial undercover crash course and I would make a great investigstor to any group for any cause as long as it eas for good.
