Ms. Love has demonstrated for months that she should not be in the DA office. She’s had numerous incidents of prosecutorial misconduct, withholding Brady evidence, ignoring deadlines set by the presiding judge, arguing rulings made by the judge, making comments about the defense which can be heard and lying about it, conducting ex parte meetings in which the defense should’ve been there, coercing witnesses into unfair plea deals not being in their best interest, and lying to the judge and to the defense in the YSL trial, and she has done this to the previous judge as well. Also subpoenaing witnesses and refusing to allow them to have medical care, and also making a witness testify while being on prescribed narcotics by a medical doctor. This’ a waste of taxpayer money, adding witnesses to a list of over 100 already, and prolonging the case.
