United States v. Young, 470 U.S. 1 (1985):
"The prosecutor's conduct during the trial, including facial expressions or laughter, can impact the jury’s perspective and create an atmosphere that undermines the fairness of the proceedings.
Attorney Love is ALWAYS making faces, sounds and doing things that are not allowed. Not to mention her and DDA Sprinkle texting back and forth on teams when he was just on the stand.
I just don’t think this is very professional for a District Attorney to do in a livestream court. Showing evidence to the jury and blocking the honorable court from seeing. It’s not fair to the defendants on trial fighting for their lives.
The defendants ARE NOT getting a fair trial, there is evidence of this all over the internet.
