Statement

David Hanselman had made “special notes” about two of the cases heard on the morning of 11/17/2022 one of those cases being the case of Madalyn Carlson whom supposedly had court that morning for “prosecution reinstatement .” Despite being in Diversion, the court was unsuccessful in attempting to notify her via us mail at an address in Wisconsin, an email that “bounced back” and a phone number that could not be verified as Ms. Carlson’s. ultimately i was issued the warrant for Ms. Carlson’s arrest due to a clerical error (according to judge Lindsey Coats’ secretary) I served 17 days in jail before i was able to post a $2,500 bond and try for months to get anybody to listen to me about the “error.” it wasn’t until I received the video and audio recording of that days Court proceedings was i able to prove that i did not deserve that warrant. in addition, I was able to hear the prosecutor, Mr. David Hantelman, talking about his home state of Indiana. Upon research I was able to find that he comes from the same small town as my family does. My family made headline news a couple years ago due to some legal trouble. Our families know each other due to the fact his grandfather was the sheriff, and his father was a judge. In addition, he lets out a little chuckle after Madeleine Carlson‘s hearing was over in the paperwork, was completed by him.
