weeks before trial was told by the DA office that a data dump had not been preformed on my phone in the 20 months that my phone was in custody. Was told if I did not accept the plea deal a dump would be preformed and anything found would be turned over for federal charges. They only allowed negotiation on jail time and no other factors on the deal.
