Statement
Lead prosecutor on Rogers County CF-2020-201 threatened to charge a defense witness if she chose to testify for the defense. The witness indicated to the Defense Attorney that she was terrified of Mr. Shields. An Affidavit from Defense Counsel states "Isaac Shields threatened and coerced [the witness] to not testify as a defense witness". See Affidavits from Defense Counsel attached.
