I received a ticket from a tribal cop who lost his job due to perjury Christopher Moyer. He arrested me for habitual and suspended. Kevin Hill and I have long history of harassment and I had another pending muncipal case that he left me in jail 3 weeks without seeing judge and won't give me access to police cam. He issued warrant May 25 2025 for failure to appear when he falsified charges and didn't notify me of court date. This is after he already sent to have my license suspended in 2020. He issued warrant for 300 cash only or told me i could take 300 diversion. This made my license suspended again. He has a case pending in Horton municpal for tresspass and this was my storage for my business and I reside there. Its still pending from last May and Horton PD said they dont have staff to do stand by assist so until case is over I can't get my belongings. The victim already had a attempt dui and fabricated that story. He refuses video cam and victim has called and removed or made complaints at least 10 times since my arrest which cost me 250 in bond. He knows this elder has severe alcoholism and the deputy arresting me was new. The Sgt and other officers are very aware but Kevin Hill won't dismiss and keeps harassing.
