“Chad Callahan relied on a quashed, statewide‑only, clerk‑signed Arizona warrant to justify my detention, despite its lack of legal authority. He ordered me to post a $30,000 bond based on this defective foundation, helped facilitate an unlawful bond forfeiture, and allowed me to sign an extradition waiver without any colloquy, or knowledge that this document was presented to me for signing, and absent an advisement of my rights. His actions enabled prosecution without probable cause, blocked my access to the courts, and created an impossible compliance trap that denied me due process.”
