Statement
On December 4, 2023, I was subjected to a False Arrest, Under False Pretenses, due to years of stalking conducted by John Hugh "Buddy" Dyer with the City of Orlando Council. Due to my being an American native and Moor American national, I was targeted for various types of hate crimes against Indigenous peoples. I have spent years in peaceful truth-telling humanitarian work near the Orlando, Florida area, and eventually, word got to the corrupted Council persons running the City.
When I was falsely arrested, I carried national identification cards on myself (which I always have). However, James Baker blatantly ignored them and used a falsified record stored electronically via some sort of "Clearinghouse" database called the FCIC / NCIC Check used by Police employees for their "ICJIS Arrest Affidavit" protocols for their agencies.
Apparently, James Baker used a false record misnomer identity against myself, called MASTERS, LUCAS. James Baker entered his falsified record to the local Jail Agency called ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL, located near Downtown Orlando, Florida.
Jail staff and administration for the ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL have since stolen my fingerprints and attached them to the falsified record sustained by the FCIC / NCIC database, which is Administrative Human Trafficking in violation of 18 U.S.C., Chapter 77, Sections 1590, 1592, and 1593A. As a direct result of the falsified record, the Jail staff and administration have created further falsified misnomer variations known as aliases.
By willful negligence, James Baker created slander against myself, having convinced many jail employees, Attorneys, and Magistrates to refer to myself as some "Sovereign Citizen" persons. Over the years, I have suffered tremendously by his direct actions, along with the abuses conducted by the City of Orlando Council persons. The following are two (2) current tribunal cases I have been harassed by and subjected to various cruel and unusual punishments from:

During each alleged trial, I was harassed, humiliated, and forced to make statements that incriminated myself due to the Magistrates involved refusing to release me from jail if I did not say what they wanted me to say, to give them jurisdiction over the matter. In addition, the Agencies utilized agents from the Law Offices of Melissa Vickers (Ninth Judicial Circuit) to further effectuate the overall fraud used to deprive me of my United States Constitution rights in harmony with 42 U.S.C., Section 1983; also violating 28 U.S.C., Section 2254.
I tried lawfully defending myself in All matters, but I was intentionally hindered by ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL employees, staff, and administrators blocking my in jail communications both electronically and by my handwritten Writs and Affidavits in recent incarceration from Case Number: 48-2026-MM-400368-A-O.
Overall, what James Baker and Eric Smith with Orlando Police Department started against myself, has turned into much financial loss, loss of time, and loss of my right to enjoy my life.
