I was Pulled over on private property I Pushed Record on my phone he came up to my window and I said im on private property he said yeah but i witnessed you driving with bad registration i said really he went bach to his car then eight more cops drove in got out with guns drawn telling m eto get out of the truck and all that shit and .
arrested me Oh a felony warment i did not know i even had they put me in the back of his car and Serched my truck they found drugs and nothing else than he came and opened the bech door to his car and he started asking Where i got the drugs and to give him a name or he will malle this a felony i told him i don't know any names and i did not want to talk to hi with out a lawyer but he kept asking and threatening me with a felony Saying i must want to be a felon i mept asking him to leave me alone bout he kept going for about five min, than We drove to the west sac police dept For what reason i don't know but while we were there he Started threatening me again with a felony (and note there was no felony ) and demanding i give him names but i have no names to give i got the drugs from someone i don't know who offered them to me on the Street but i did not tell him that because i did not want to talk to him and i have that right i reminded him i asked for an attorney But he kept telling me to give him names i told him this is why nobody likes him because he keeps Violating my rights so be drove me to jail in woodland and was booked with misdemeanor charges when i got out i had no phone so i went to the west sac police dept. to get it and they told me they were holding it for evidence So i had to get a new phone through my insurance and in turned off my old one and erased it and turned on my new one but i lost all my shit like the video that was recording all this and i believe that is why he took it for evidence So he could destroy any evidence against him that was on there i got a serch warrent in the mail october 30th saying they were going to destroy my phone when the took the chip out to Serch it he says he believes there is evidence in there that used my phone to commit a felony But there is nothing in there except My evidence against him which is now destroyed I had that Phone for a month it was brand how and cost me 1500.00 I don't know what to do now that he destroyed my evidence against him and changed my charges to possession with intent to sell which she never found a stale and you never found any baggies or anything like that and it wasn't all intercept it was only one bag is my my drugs personal use I don't sell drugs I never would never have never will and if you look at my record it shows I never have and it shows up non-violent and it feels like always cooperated if he's trying to frame me up on felony charges because he said he would if I didn't give him names and I don't have any names to give them so I don't know what to do about that and now I don't have any evidence to show that he violated my rights and all that what do I do does anybody know
