Description: Sergeant Quinn received a 10-day suspension as a result of violating department rules and regulations of: “Withholding Information”, “Improper Orders”, “Reports”, and “All Other Conduct”. This incident stemmed from recap reports for special patrol details during Fraternity and Sorority parties. Specifically, Sergeant Quinn stated that he was made aware of an incident that did occur which required a police response. However, he indicated that the incident was not significant enough to include in an official police recap email report. Sergeant Quinn instructed a subordinate not to include a reportable incident that occurred at 271 MLK Blvd on 10/13/2022
