Description: On January 30, 2021, Paterson Police Department Detective Sebastian Gomez was arrested in Oakland by the Oakland Police Department for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test after Oakland Police initially observed him operating a vehicle with visible damage.
