Description: On October 8, 2021, Bedminster Police reported Officer Rios attempted to report “D.C.” to the police for harassment but repeatedly denied knowing “D.C.” even after Bedminster Police found documentation showing they were husband and wife. Officer Rios then reported his car as stolen, the Bedminster police searched and found that the car was registered only to "D.C". Officer Rios was untruthful in his interview during the investigation.
