Description: In June of 2023 Lt. Moore targeted a specific officer by talking negatively about them to their peers and spreading false rumors to other staff members. Lt. Moore also accused this officer of stealing time. This had ultimately created a hostile work environment for this officer. During a thorough investigation, Lt. Moore's accusations were determined to be false. Lt. Moore was untruthful during his
interview and breached confidentiality when he discussed personnel matters involving an officer with other subordinate officers.
