Description: On 2/8/2022 P.O. Edwin Hernandez failed to notify CCB he was responding as a backup unit for a call for service. He operated the police vehicle in excess of the posted speed limit in the opposite lane of traffic and struck a pedestrian, resulting in serious injuries to the pedestrian. P.O. Hernandez's actions constitute a failure to obey Laws,Regulations, and Orders.
