Description: On July 26, 2023, Sergeant Baker was absent without leave. He arrived for his scheduled tour of duty and left without first requesting and receiving authorization from a superior officer to utilize time off to leave early. Furthermore, he was in violation of a suspension held in abeyance still in effect for previously being absent without leave. Sergeant Baker was charged with administrative violations of Absence from Duty and Obedience to Laws and Regulations (Holiday/Vacation Leave Policy).
